For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Services" means the ESHIPIFY logistics automation platform, integrations, APIs, tools, and related services.
• "User" means any individual or business entity using the Services.
• "Content" means all data, order information, text, graphics, images, and materials uploaded or transmitted through the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• All information provided is accurate and complete.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration details
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Violate intellectual property laws
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices
• Violate any third-party marketplace terms

ESHIPIFY integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

By connecting such platforms:

• You authorize us to access necessary account data
• You confirm compliance with the respective platform's terms
• You agree that marketplace data will be used only for authorized operational purposes

You may not use ESHIPIFY to facilitate sale, shipment, or listing of:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons or explosives
• Wildlife products prohibited by law
• Counterfeit goods
• Restricted financial securities
• Any product prohibited under applicable law

• Subscription fees may be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual.
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

You may cancel your account at any time.

Upon cancellation:

• Access to Services will cease
• Data may be permanently deleted after a retention period

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment

All software, trademarks, logos, and platform content are the property of RISHUB COMMUNICATIONS.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• Distribute

Any part of the Service without written permission.

We will treat non-public business information as confidential and use it solely for providing Services.

You agree not to disclose proprietary information belonging to ESHIPIFY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RISHUB COMMUNICATIONS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Data loss
• Courier delays
• Third-party platform outages
• Marketplace account suspensions

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all third-party platforms

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.

We may:

• Modify Services
• Change pricing with 14 days' notice
• Discontinue features

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or network failures.
